The New Delhi City Council (NDMC) has launched a common login system for the 49 online services offered by the civic body.
An NDMC spokesperson said the single sign-on (SSO) service, which effectively allows residents to create a single profile to avail of services, will help improve access to civic services, especially during the worsening of the Covid situation in the capital.
“NDMC has implemented single sign-on identity access management to improve user experience and enhance security for citizens as well as employees or retirees. Users will be able to access the applications via the Internet and intranet. SSO will now be a digital identity to be used for all online service applications,” the council said in an official statement on Monday.
